Welcome to our itinerary of our trip together!

On this page I will release day after day our journey to the depths and to the understanding of what emotions are, why they occur and what consequences they have on our body when we do not know how to navigate them well.

Why is it important to know all this? Because sometimes when we experience ailments in the body, diseases or "dense" moods, the origin of all this is merely emotional and mental: and by understanding this process we therefore save ourselves from unease in the area of health and the ups and downs that the swing of life can cause. That is to say: this knowledge and understanding of it helps you have autonomy and freedom in your life, which are key ingredients when it comes to living a meaningfull life and personal fulfillment!
